Bússola

Branding project designed for Bússola, an office providing support, information and resources to the LGBTQIA+ community at the C.P.F – Caminho para o Futuro institution.

A communications plan has been linked to the branding project for implementation in printed content such as flyers and posters, as well as a variation of the content for social media. The aim of the plan is to raise awareness of the office’s services within the community and at national level, targeting the general public, schools and businesses.

Concept

The symbol we have developed takes the form of a compass and a simplified representation of gender, since in these positions we can identify a man and a woman.

This simplified version is presented in two equal triangular shapes, signifying the equality of the sexes and also referring us to orientation, a symbol present in the compass.

The colour palette is inspired by the LGBT flag and the lettering is presented in small letters. These two elements give the brand a younger, more inclusive meaning.
