Empilhapeças is a leading industrial company in the market for solid tyres for forklift trucks and Portugal’s No. 1 stockist of parts and components for all types of forklift trucks, both thermal and electric.
All of the company’s re-design, communication strategy, graphic design, web design, digital marketing and event organisation projects were developed during my time as Marketing Manager at Empilhapeças.

Communication
Empilhapeças’ communication strategy was created to be implemented both online and offline. Offline, catalogues were created to present the products, prices and to publicise the online services (e-commerce, parts identification system and request for quotes), flyers, advertisements for magazines and participation in trade fairs and exhibitions to publicise the brand and their services.
Online, the e-commerce has been developed with SEO writing, Google Adwords campaigns and Facebook ads, in order to present all services, products and improve the company’s communication with its customers.
Website
E-commerce developed to showcase the company’s products and services. The site also included an intelligent tyre search system and a request for quotation for parts and components.
Social Media
Business Facebook page with regular posts to present all the company’s news, promotions and services. Development of Facebook Ads campaigns to generate visits to the company’s e-commerce products.
Events
Participation in exhibitions to promote the company. In addition to organising and collecting all the necessary material, graphic elements were created for printing, stand decoration and the creation of advertising clips for broadcast.
Mail Marketing
Development of e-mail marketing campaigns via newsletters where customers and resellers receive information on products, services, news and promotions.
Advertising clip
Recording, editing and animation of videos to create advertising clips to promote the company at exhibitions and trade fairs.
