Rui Pereira

Corporate design project conceived for Rui Pereira, a renovation, painting and drywall application company based in Guimarães, Portugal.

The idea for developing the logotype was inspired by a concept that represents the initials of the company owner’s name and the main raw material used in its services.

Concept

The symbol of the Rui Pereira logotype is inspired by the initials of its owner’s name and the main raw material used in the services provided by the company, the application of pladur sheets.

The symbol is constructed using a combination of four rectangles. These rectangles have made it possible to develop a modern, simplistic and dynamic symbol, thanks to the angle applied to the shapes.
